“Two-thirds of the Russians we’ve surveyed support the Kremlin’s actions in Ukraine. Slightly more than a quarter rate it negatively. But public opinion is divided. The less well-educated, older part of the population, those out in the provinces, the people whose sources of information are extremely limited, this part of the population basically repeats what comes through propaganda channels, that is, through the television channels”.
