Український інститут майбутнього 20 грудня ц.р. ініціював Київську декларацію/петицію безпеки, в якій звертається до уряду Російської Федерації добровільно відмовитися від ядерної зброї в обмін на зняття санкцій.
КИЇВСЬКА ДЕКЛАРАЦІЯ БЕЗПЕКИ
Враховуючи історичний досвід використання Росією військової агресії, в якості основного інструменту тиску на сусідів, так і на власне населення, а також ядерний шантаж по відношенню до світового співтовариства, як гарантію своєї безкарності, звертаюсь до влади РФ, з пропозицією добровільно відмовитись від ядерної зброї і вважаю, що ця відмова повинна бути основною умовою для зняття міжнародних санкцій накладених на РФ у відповідь за її військову агресію проти України.
Сприймаю наявність ядерної зброї в РФ як ключовий фактор, що сприяє злочинній диктатурі, очолюваній спецслужбами – основній історичній формі державного устрою, що загрожує безпеці та процвітанню інших країн та народів.
Розумію, що мій підпис є формою підтримки України як в її спротиву ядерному агресору, так і в період її відновлення після війни.
Закликаю всі народи формувати своє ставлення до влади, організацій та громадян РФ, а також визначати їх правовий статус на підставі публічної позиції в питаннях: територіальної цілісності України та добровільної відмови РФ від ядерної зброї.
Закликаю всі неурядові та урядові організації на Землі, яким не байдуже, підтримати нашу ініціативу.
Зробимо світ безпечним та відповідальним разом.
Ukrainian Institute of the Future on December 20 of this year. initiated the Kyiv Security Declaration/Petition, calling on the government of the Russian Federation to voluntarily give up nuclear weapons in exchange for the lifting of sanctions.
KYIV DECLARATION OF SECURITY
Taking into account the historical experience of Russia’s use of military aggression, as the main tool of pressure on its neighbors and its own population, as well as nuclear blackmail in relation to the world community, as a guarantee of its impunity, I appeal to the authorities of the Russian Federation with a proposal to voluntarily abandon nuclear weapons. I believe that this refusal should be the primary condition for the lifting of international sanctions against the Russian Federation in response to its military aggression against Ukraine.
I perceive the presence of nuclear weapons in the Russian Federation as a key factor contributing to the criminal dictatorship led by the security forces — the main historical form of the state system, which threatens the security and prosperity of other countries and nations.
I understand that my signature is a form of support for Ukraine both in its resistance to the nuclear aggressor and in the period of its recovery after the war.
I urge all nations to determine their attitude towards the authorities, organizations, and citizens of the Russian Federation, as well as to assess their legal status on the basis of a public position on the issues of the territorial integrity of Ukraine and the voluntary abandonment of nuclear weapons by the Russian Federation.
I urge all non-governmental and governmental organizations on Earth who care to support our initiative.
