ОПЕРАЦІЯ ЗЕ
Від 30 травня ц.р. мережах гуляє відео під назвою «Операція Зе: як кремлівська аґентура відкрила ворота російським палачам» і показує «підсумки злочинної халатності або ж спланованого злочину».
Відео авторства особи, яка ховається за псевдонімом «Джон Сміт», озвучене російською мовою, уже набрало понад сто тисяч переглядів.
У фільмі наголошується, що розвідки України, Великої Британії й США попереджали В. Зеленського про підготовку РФ до нападу на Україну. Зеленський діяв: вивіз свою родину з України й попередив своїх друзів, В усьому іншому ж не робив нічого, щоб підготувати Україну до оборони.
Замість зміцнення обороноздатності ЗСУ Зеленський зосереджував увагу на будівництві доріг, по яких невдовзі пішли війська ворога. Автор відео зауважує, що українську розвідку було введено в оману: на картах Буданова відсутні напрями російських ударів з Бєларусі, — і що Гостомель прикривала лише рота Нацґвардії.
У відеоматеріалі багато уваги приділено розстрільним спискам, за якими росіяни цілеспрямовано вбивали українців на окупованих територіях. Західна розвідка попереджала про наявність таких списків, про ці списки говорив навіть Путін, але Зеленський на це не зреагував. Більше того, влада в Києві запевнювала місцеві органи влади, що російські війська не зайдуть у міста й села, і закликала людей сидіти вдома.
Звідки і як появилися розстрільні списки? Автор відео показує, що за цією операцією стоїть А. Портнов. Влада знала про списки, хто їх укладає, підтримувала й фактично допомагала людям Портнова. У перший же день російського вторгнення Портнову було надано охорону, а потім Татаров із ОПУ допоміг Портнову з сином призовного віку втекти з України. Люди Портнова Татаров та Смирнов продовжують працювати в ОПУ. Тим часом влада продовжує переслідувати проукраїнських активістів.
Нарешті, значну увагу у відео присвячено кадровій політиці Зеленського. Зокрема, названо імена генералів Наумова та Криворучка, яких президент України вивищив на посадах в СБУ, які завдали непоправної шкоди безпеці України і яких Зеленський понизив на один ступіть у званнях, але кримінально не переслідував. Наумов покинув Україну буквально за кілька годин до вторгнення Росії. Криворучко фактично здав ворогові Херсонщину. Підлеглий останнього, керівник АТЦ СБУ в Херсоні Садохін корегував ворожі обстріли міста.
На карб Зеленському автор відео ставить кримінальне переслідування генералів Марченка і Павловського, а також скорочення 40 (сорока) тисяч важливих військових посад.
Заключна частина відео присвячена ракетній програмі України. Через законотворчу діяльність, вибіркову люстрацію, під яку потрапили керівники оборонних підприємств, та інші заходи в Україні було по суті згорнуто розробку і виробництво «Вільх», «Нептунів», «Скіфів» та інших видів сучасного озброєння. Автор зауважує, що законотворчу діяльність «слуг народу» в цій царині опікував… Портнов, який першим анонсував це в соцмережах.
Через ці зриви військових програм ЗСУ не одержали новітнього озброєння і не змогли ефективно захистити південь України, а економіка України втратила сотні мільярдів гривень. Наслідком цього і стала окупація південних районів України військами РФ, загибель кількох бригад, полонення росіянами тисяч кращих захисників та ін.
Автор відео наголошує, що тепер «зелені» звинувачують Захід у відсутності в України крилатих ракет та засобів протиповітряної оборони, хоч Україна могла налагодити їх виробництво сама. Ще один висновок зводиться до того, що «слуги народу» самі не дбали про підготовку України до опору агресії РФ, вони ще роблять усе для того, щоб це не могли робити й опозиційні до них сили.

Since May 30th this year, there is a video shared on social media called “Operation Ze: How the Kremlin Agency Opened the Gates to Russian Executioners” and shows “the results of criminal negligence or planned crime.”
The video authored by a person hiding under the pseudonym “John Smith”, dubbed in Russian, has already received more than a hundred thousand views.
The film emphasizes that the intelligence services of Ukraine, Great Britain and United States warned V. Zelensky about Russia’s preparations for an attack on Ukraine. Zelensky acted: he took his family out of Ukraine and warned his friends. In everything else, he did nothing to prepare Ukraine for defense.
Instead of strengthening the defense capabilities of the Armed Forces, Zelensky focused on the construction of roads, which were soon followed by enemy troops. The author of the video notes that Ukrainian intelligence was misled: there are no directions of Russian strikes from Belarus on Budanov’s maps, and that Gostomel was protected only by a company of the National Guard.
The video pays a lot of attention to the shooting lists, according to which the Russians deliberately killed Ukrainians in the occupied territories. Western intelligence has warned of such lists, and even Putin has spoken out, but Zelensky has not responded. Moreover, the authorities in Kyiv assured local authorities that Russian troops would not enter towns and villages and urged people to stay at home.
Where and how did the shooting lists come from? The author of the video shows that A. Portnov is behind this operation. The authorities knew about the lists, who compiled them, supported and actually helped Portnov’s people. On the first day of the Russian invasion, Portnov was given protection, and then Tatarov of the OPU helped Portnov and his son of conscription age flee Ukraine. Portnov’s people, Tatarov and Smirnov, continue to work in the OPU. Meanwhile, the authorities continue to persecute pro-Ukrainian activists.
Finally, considerable attention is paid to Zelensky’s personnel policy. In particular, the names of Generals Naumov and Kryvoruchko, who were promoted by Ukraine’s President to positions in the SBU, who caused irreparable damage to Ukraine’s security and whom Zelensky lowered by one step, but did not prosecute. Naumov left Ukraine just hours before the Russian invasion. Krivoruchko actually handed over Kherson region to the enemy. Subordinate to the latter, the head of the SBU ATC in Kherson Sadokhin corrected enemy shelling of the city.
The author of the video blames Zelensky on the criminal prosecution of pro-Ukrainian Generals Marchenko and Pavlovsky, as well as the reduction of 40 (forty) thousand important military positions.
The final part of the video is dedicated to the missile program of Ukraine. Due to legislative activities, selective lustration, which involved the heads of defense companies, and other activities in Ukraine, the development and production of “Vilkha”, “Neptune”, “Scythians” and other modern weapons were essentially curtailed. The author notes that the legislative activity of the “servants of the people” in this area was supervised by… Portnov, who was the first to announce it on social networks.
Due to these disruptions of military programs, Ukraine’s Armed Forces did not receive the latest weapons and could not effectively defend the south of Ukraine, and Ukraine’s economy lost hundreds of billions of hryvnias. The consequence of this was the occupation of the southern regions of Ukraine by Russian troops, the death of several brigades, the capture by the Russians of thousands of the best defenders, etc.
The author of the video emphasizes that now the “greens” accuse the West of the lack of cruise missiles and air defense in Ukraine, although Ukraine could establish its own production of this weaponry. Another conclusion is that the “servants of the people” themselves did not care about preparing Ukraine for resistance to Russian aggression, they are still doing everything to prevent the opposition forces from doing so.
