TO INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS — UN, UNICEF, UNESCO, WHO, WTO, RED CROSS & OTHERS

The Russian imperial military machine, which struck Ukraine with a brutal tornado of death and destruction, met with fierce resistance from the heroic Ukrainian people and drowned in blood. Ukraine, supported by the entire world in this war, is winning. The final victory is still far away. To make this victory a reality, it is important now to take steps on which Ukraine’s victory and peace in Europe and around the world will depend.

The Appeal to the President, Verkhovna Rada and Government of Ukraine, to Presidents, Legislatures and Governments of other countries, as well as to the UN, UNICEF, UNESCO, WHO, WTO, Red Cross and other international organizations set out requirements that will ensure Ukraine’s victory and peace, security and cooperation in Europe and around the world.

We are republishing the text of the Appeal in three parts to draw attention of our readers to the requirements addressed to the respective addressees: (1) the President, Verkhovna Rada and Government of Ukraine, (2) Presidents, Legislatures and Governments of all other countries, (3) United Nations, UNICEF, UNESCO, WHO, WTO, Red Cross and other international organizations.

Russian Federation “special operation” against Ukraine, initiated by the Kremlin dictator, approved by Russian legislature and supported by a large part of Russian elite, has acquired indisputable signs of total terror against Ukraine and Ukrainian people. Moscow repeatedly resorted to this method of “pacifying” Ukraine and Ukrainians in the seventeenth and twentieth centuries. This gives ample reason to officially declare Russia a terrorist state.

We, representatives of Ukrainians Worldwide Movement and peoples from other countries who support Ukraine and Ukrainians in their war against Russian aggressor, DEMAND:

From the UN, UNICEF, UNESCO, WHO, WTO, Red Cross, etc .:

— deprive the Russian Federation of membership in your organization as a terrorist state that commits crimes against humanity, commits genocide, kills children, destroys historical and cultural monuments, violates human rights, etc .;

— call on the governments of the member countries to refrain from cooperating with Russia as a terrorist state.
