MAYBE UKRAINE REALLY HAS NOTHING TO DO IN SUCH EU AND NATO?

At first, a new view of things is mocked by those around them, who have become dirty in their established interpretations and misconceptions. But over time he changes the rules and norms.

When talking about the European choice that Ukraine has made since the first days of independence, we do not mean something new, but a return to the path it has taken since the first princes of Kiev – the path that all of Europe has taken. Considering all this, it is necessary to have a sober look at the current situation. The desire to join the EU was explained by the hope of financial infusion from him to Ukraine. But now, without any EU entry, Ukraine receives hundreds of billions of free aid from Europe, which constitutes a large part of the country’s budget. Huge investments in the restoration of Ukraine are being considered – again without any EU membership.
The same applies to NATO, which has practically shown its incapability to withstand Russian aggression without Ukraine. That’s why he suggests that, knowing Putin’s psychotype, he understands that he perceives every such initiative as a weakness, and therefore he will not go for it. It is precisely that Ukraine needs to demonstrate such intolerance to Trump and the West.
Suppose that Putin agrees to end combat on the line of contact. Is it beneficial for Ukraine? Not anymore. This threatens to folding Western aid, destabilization due to elections, restoration of Russia and weakening sanctions. Will this undermine Putin’s power? Ukraine was not afraid of Putin and it doesn’t suit being afraid of those who prefer to be his rag rather than have friendly relations with it.

МОЖЕ Й СПРАВДІ УКРАЇНІ НІЧОГО РОБИТИ В ТАКОМУ ЄС ТА НАТО?

Така подвійна оцінка ситуації мозком трапляється в політиці та науці. Раптове осяяння, змінюючи звичну перспективу на проблему, часто породжує своєрідний тунельний прохід, що дозволяє проникнути крізь покров традиційних уявлень про те, що відбувається, та звичних практик у світ інших начал та вимірів. А потім у простій та цілком зрозумілій події (падіння яблука) раптом усвідомлюєш таємниці Всесвіту. Спочатку новий погляд на речі висміюється оточуючими, які забруднилися у своїх усталених інтерпретаціях та помилкових уявленнях. Але з часом він змінює правила та норми.
Як представити звичну картину історії в іншому світлі. Пацієнт позбавляється своїх фобій та психічних розладів у терапевта. Чи може ціла нація позбутися своїх фобій? Коли говоримо про європейський вибір, який Україна зробила з перших днів незалежності, ми маємо на увазі не щось нове, а повернення до шляху, яким вона пройшла з часів перших київських князів – шляху, яким пройшла вся Європа. Це було єдине культурне та цивілізаційне поле, в якому разом з іншими країнами брали участь київський Мстислав Великий та Данило Галицький, Костянтин Острозький та Петро Могила.
Членство в ЄС та НАТО стало мрією українського суспільства, мало знайомого з процесами, що в них відбуваються, яке бачило в цих організаціях свій головний захист від нового захоплення Москви. П’ята стаття НАТО сприймалася як одна з безкомпромісних істин, яка ніби була надрукована на скрижалях, переданих Богом Мойсею. Що ж, єдиний економічний простір з Європою сприймався як прихід ери загального добробуту, коли кожен українець міг би лоукост-костом полетіти до Відня, щоб випити кави та відвідати оперу. Але це були ті черниці на картині Далі, але це те, що можна побачити, якщо звернути увагу на череп Вольтера – коли врахувати змінену ситуацію.
Чи потрібні нам ці організації, якщо за вступ до них кожен українофоб вимагатиме від нас «відключення» у вигляді відмови від наших базових цінностей, які вистраждали століттями боротьби за свободу, і від наших героїв. Сьогодні це УПА та Бандера, завтра буде український князь Паскевич, який придушив польське повстання, післязавтра вони щось інше придумають. Поки Україна була слабкою, її сусіди поблажливо погоджувалися бути її адвокатами перед ЄС. Але щойно вона знайшла суб’єктивність і змогла говорити сама за себе, колишні адвокати занепокоїлися. І вони вже кажуть, що з УПА та Бандерою її до ЄС не пустять.
З огляду на все це, необхідно тверезо подивитися на поточну ситуацію. Бажання вступити до ЄС пояснювалося надією на фінансові вливання від нього в Україну. Але зараз, без жодного вступу до ЄС, Україна отримує сотні мільярдів безкоштовної допомоги від Європи, що становить значну частину бюджету країни. Розглядаються величезні інвестиції у відновлення України – знову ж таки без жодного членства в ЄС.
Те саме стосується і НАТО, яке практично показало свою нездатність протистояти російській агресії без України. Прямі зв’язки з великими виробниками сучасних систем штучного інтелекту Palantir значать набагато більше, ніж плани керівництва США, які змінюються по кілька разів на день. Україна стала володаркою унікальних військових технологій, опинившись рука об руку з Гуліверами світової військової держави. Вона переросла шорти і, можливо, не звертає уваги на гамір Варшави чи Будапешта.
Польща погрожує не пустити Україну до ЄС. Гаразд. Тож буде ще один союз. Його створення є предметом обговорення багатьох європейських політиків. Це Європейське політичне співтовариство – новий формат співпраці, який об’єднує деяких членів ЄС, а також низку країн, що не входять до ЄС, включаючи Україну, Велику Британію, Туреччину, а в перспективі Японію, Південну Корею, Австралію, Канаду. А інші країни вирішуватимуть, чи підключати туди вічно незадоволену Польщу, політики якої, за їхніми словами, воліють бути ганчірками Москви, яка вбила всю їхню еліту, а не «київськими пелюшками».
Хтось спантеличений, чому Зеленський пропонує Путіну зустрітися. Зрозуміло, що ця зустріч не дасть жодного позитивного результату. Тому він припускає, що, знаючи психотип Путіна, він розуміє, що кожну таку ініціативу той сприймає як слабкість, і тому він на це не піде. Саме тому Україні потрібно продемонструвати таку нетерпимість до Трампа та Заходу.
Припустимо, що Путін погодиться припинити бойові дії на лінії зіткнення. Чи вигідно це Україні? Вже ні. Це загрожує згортанням західної допомоги, дестабілізацією через вибори, відновленням Росії та послабленням санкцій. Чи підірве це владу Путіна? Якими б великими не були холоди до його заміни, які вже звинувачують його в недостатній жорсткості.
Зеленський добре засвоїв ідею Талейрана про те, що мова дана політиці, щоб приховати свої думки. Тож, враховуючи всі його звернення до Путіна, нам потрібно це виправити. Саме з цієї причини Польща не повинна створювати ілюзію, що Україна не бачить великої трагедії у своєму вето на вступ до ЄС. Нехай ця думка принесе їм радість. ЄС і так холодно дивиться на демарші Варшави проти Києва. Сьогодні Польща ними незадоволена, а завтра Німеччина заявить, що більше їх теж не пробачить, нехай Мерц прийде до них і стане на коліна, як Віллі Брандт. Так, Британія та Франція не дуже добре вчинили з Польщею в 1939 році. Захищалися.
Тим не менш, Україна повинна наполягати на якомога швидшему вступі до ЄС, хоча й розуміє, що в умовах війни це малоймовірно і не дасть жодної відчутної користі. Наполягати – так, але не бачити особливої трагедії в затягуванні цього процесу. Що ж, тим в Україні, хто ламає руки в істериці – «шефе, все пропало», поляки перекриють наші поставки через свою територію, а «виживання України важливіше за інші цінності, зокрема правду, гордість і справедливість, бо мертвій нації нічого з цього вже не потрібно», можна порадити заспокоїтися. Україна не боялася Путіна і їй не пасує боятися тих, хто воліє бути його ганчіркою, аніж мати з нею дружні стосунки.
