RUSSIA IS A TERRORIST STATE

About an hour ago, russia committed a terrorist act attacking an office building in the very center of my hometown, Vinnytsia!!! There is already confirmed information tens people (among them a child!!!) killed and tens wounded, but these are only very early numbers.
They did in on purpose in the middle of the day, knowing that there were many civilians inside the building! Why on earth are there any questions about admitting that russia is a TERRORIST STATE!!!???
Also one more thing about the russian propaganda: look at the last photo in this post, it is a screenshot from a telegram page of russian begot-propagandist soloviev, he puts up the photos from this office building and says that it was a military base in the Vinnytsia reshoot attacked! Can you imagine the degree of the blatant lies there?! Does anyone wants more of the “other side’s” point of view?!
