Дональд Трамп особисто очолив американський інвестиційний фонд з відбудови та реконструкції України

Президент США Дональд Трамп особисто очолив американський інвестиційний фонд для відбудови України, створений у рамках ресурсної угоди.

Про це сказав міністр фінансів США Скотт Бессент, який по відеозв’язку долучився до Конференції з відновлення України у Римі в четвер, 10 липня.

Зазначається, що фонд створений з метою мобілізації американських компаній, ресурсів і фахівців для відновлення і реконструкції України.

“Завдяки раціональному макроекономічному управлінню та потужним іноземним інвестиціям, економічне майбутнє України буде набагато сильнішим, ніж минуле. Інвестиційний фонд реконструкції є ключем до відкриття цього успішного майбутнього”, – наголосив Бессент.

Він додав, що США працюватимуть над тим, щоб жодна особа, держава або компанія, які фінансують російську військову машину або забезпечують постачання для неї, не отримали вигоди від відбудови України.

Отже! За фактом сьогодні створено два фонди з реконструкції України: oдин фонд європейський під керівництвом Європейської комісії, яким керує президент Єврокомісії Урсула фон дер Ляєн і американський фонд реконструкції України, яким керує президент США Дональд Трамп. І тут у мене виникає єдине дещо тривожне питання: ці фонди діятимуть на конкурентній основі, чи скоординовано?

Так от який “сюрприз” Трамп готував Москві. І схоже, що це ще не все, а лише початок. Уявляю що зараз робиться в Крeмлі і на Смоленській площі.

У той час коли Лавров і Рубіо точили ляси Трамп утнув Путіну “сюрприз”. І Рубіо не прохопився Лаврову ні словом, ні півсловом. Мабуть, Лаврова тепер чекає доля колишнього міністра транспорту РФ Романа Старовойта.

He added that the US will work to ensure that no person, state or company that finances or supplies the Russian military machine benefits from the reconstruction of Ukraine.

So! In fact, today two funds for the reconstruction of Ukraine have been created: one European fund under the leadership of the European Commission, headed by the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, and the American Fund for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, headed by the President of the United States Donald Trump. And here I have only one somewhat disturbing question: will these funds operate on a competitive basis, or in a coordinated manner?

So what kind of “surprise” did Trump prepare for Moscow. And it seems that this is not all, but only the beginning. I can imagine what is happening in the Kremlin and on Smolenskaya Square now.

While Lavrov and Rubio were exchanging insults, Trump gave Putin a “surprise”. And Rubio did not say a word to Lavrov. Apparently, Lavrov now faces the fate of the former Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Roman Starovoit.
