Хто кого: волонтери — корупціонерів чи навпаки?
500 тонн гуманітарного вантажу гниє з весни минулого року на складах в Києві.
Зараз працюють правоохоронці. Хоча про «забутий» вантаж практично з самого початку повідомляв один їх охоронців складів.
Пакунки з військовою амуніцією, продуктами, медичним обладнанням, медикаментами, ношами для військових, військовими пайками, гуманітарними боксами — все це надсилали безкоштовно іноземці. Чомусь зберігалось на приватних складах…
Обсяг схованої гуманітарки — поза межами здорового глузду. Кажуть, не менше 25 великих фур. І це тоді, коли в перші дні нападу буквально все було на вагу золота.
Орендарі тих складів намагались все вивезти. Охоронці не дозволяли. Бо їм не змогли надати необхідні документи.
Немає слів. Купа всього вже зіпсована, по продуктам бігають криси.
Минулого року проковтнули баригів з Запоріжської ОДА, які розікрали практично всю гуманітарну допомогу. На мільйони доларів США. А там було немало:
22 морських контейнери;
389 залізничних вагонів;
220 вантажних автомобілів.
Гуманітарку продавали в торгівельних мережах.
Називали причетних — голова ОДА, заступниця голови ОДА, депутат облради та секретар міськради.
Знаєте, чим закінчилось? Обласний прокурор змінив підслідність справи про розкрадання гуманітарної допомоги, що завело розслідування у глухий кут.
Минулого року вітчизняні виробники бронежилетів виявили свої вироби в «Епіцентрі». За 12 500 гривень. В той час, як вони їх передавали безкоштовно через Черкаську ОДА.
В.о. міського голови містечка Пустомити намагався за 100 тисяч гривень продати авто, яке Фінляндія надала безкоштовно. Його затримали. Вийшов під заставу в 1 мільйон гривень.
Колишній чиновник Львівської ОДА був затриманий при спробі продати бронежилети і каски на суму в 500 тисяч гривень.
Керівник лікарні в Чернівцях намагався привласнити 5 карет швидкої допомоги, які мали поїхати на фронт. Вийшов під заставу в 200 тисяч гривень. Правда, звільнили.
Волонтери кажуть, що і досі продається те, що встигли натирити на початку війни. Коли був хаос, і Україна отримувала безпрецедентну кількість допомоги.
Розкрадання гуманітарки і військової амуніції не є масовим явищем. На щастя.
Але і адекватних оцінок виявленим фактам не спішать надавати.
Будемо слідкувати за цими 500 тоннами. Кого покарають? І чи покарають за таке свавілля?

500 tons of humanitarian goods have been rotting in warehouses in Kyiv since last spring.
Law enforcement officers are working now. Although one of their warehouse guards reported the “forgotten” cargo almost from the very beginning.
Packages with military ammunition, food, medical equipment, medicines, stretchers for the military, military rations, humanitarian boxes — all of this was sent to foreigners for free. For some reason it was stored in private warehouses…
The scope of the hidden humanitarian is beyond common sense. They say at least 25 large vans. And this is when literally everything was worth its weight in gold in the first days of the attack.
The tenants of those warehouses tried to take everything away. The guards did not allow it. Because they could not provide the necessary documents.
No words. A lot of everything is already spoiled, rats are running on the products.
Last year, they swallowed barigs from the Zaporizhia Regional State Administration, who stole almost all humanitarian aid. Millions of US dollars. And there was a lot:
22 sea containers;
389 railway cars;
220 trucks.
Humanitarka was sold in trade networks.
The persons involved were named as the head of the Regional State Administration, the deputy head of the Regional State Administration, a deputy of the regional council and the secretary of the city council.
Do you know how it ended? The regional prosecutor changed the jurisdiction of the case of embezzlement of humanitarian aid, which brought the investigation to a dead end.
Last year, domestic producers of bulletproof vests revealed their products at the Epicenter. For 12,500 hryvnias. At the time, they handed them over for free through the Cherkasy Regional State Administration.
Acting the mayor of the town of Pustomyty tried to sell a car for 100 thousand hryvnias, which Finland provided free of charge. He was detained. He was released on bail of 1 million hryvnias.
A former official of the Lviv Regional State Administration was detained while trying to sell armored vests and helmets worth 500,000 hryvnias.
The head of the hospital in Chernivtsi tried to appropriate 5 ambulances that were supposed to go to the front. He was released on bail of 200,000 hryvnias. True, they were fired.
Volunteers say that what they managed to rub at the beginning of the war is still being sold. When there was chaos, and Ukraine received an unprecedented amount of aid.
Theft of humanitarian aid and military ammunition is not a mass phenomenon. Fortunately.
But they are in no hurry to provide adequate assessments of the discovered facts.
We will follow these 500 tons. Who will be punished? And will they be punished for such arbitrariness?
