In Germany, the studio “Quarter 95” was called a Russian comedy show. Such an announcement appeared on the official portal of the city of Hamburg.

The site administration published the announcement of the Kvartal 95 concert, which is scheduled for February 4, 2023. At the time of writing, the ad still contained the word “Russische” (Russians). The ticket price is also indicated – $ 58.90 and a description that mentions the great popularity of the team.
The Kvantal 95 team reacted to the publication of the Germans and commented on it on their official website. The management of the team demanded to correct the description and apologize to them, and also threatened to cancel performances without warning the distributor in the future if such situations recur.
“If you cooperate with the Ukrainian Studio “Quarter 95” and present “Evening Quarter” European countries, please do not discredit your partners. Kvartal 95 Studio was, is and will remain a Ukrainian company! And there can be no other options for presenting our projects!” It should be noted that in the same way, Kvartal 95 was signed on the eventim website, announcing a concert in Düsseldorf, which should take place on February 12, 2023.
Before that, they wrote that the series “Matchmakers-7” from “Kvartal 95” became the most popular in Russia. This is evidenced by the data of a sociological study in which residents of Russian cities with a population of over 100,000 people took part. The premiere of the season took place on December 27 on the channel “Russia 1”.

From UWIN:
This is a situation where language matters. The sadness of this situation is that Kvartal 95 is going on tour to Germany at the time of the threat of a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, about which Germany has taken a vague position.
