ДИЛЕМА ДЛЯ ЗАХОДУ
Допомогти Україні швидше перемогти у війні чи не допустити розвалу Росії
Василь Пехньо з «Фабрики новин» («НВ» — «Новоє врємя») узяв інтерв‘ю у військового аналітика полковника Петра Черника. Переказуючи зміст цієї розмови, Діалоґ.UA звертає увагу на те, що військовий експерт назвав “камінь спотикання”, який заважає Заходу прискорити нашу перемогу: колективний Захід розривається між двома важливими рішеннями.
Допомогти Україні швидше перемогти у війні чи не допустити розвалу Росії — це дві головні проблеми, які досі не може вирішити для себе Захід, повідомив Петро Черник. Військовий експерт припустив, що процес надання озброєння Україні прискориться, коли союзнику розроблять формулу, де ми повертаємо захоплені армією РФ території, але при цьому не відбувається розпад Росії.
Захід опинився у складній ситуації, коли доводиться шукати рішення, здатне вирішити одразу два завдання. Свої думки на цю тему висловив Петро Черник: “Мені здається, що головоломка полягає в тому, як Україні перемогти у цій війні, а перемога має бути і без варіантів, і щоб не розвалити Росію. Ми тисячу разів про це говорили. Для них розвал Росії видається неприйнятним”.
Полковник запасу ЗСУ наголосив: “Мені здається, що тут камінь спотикання. Як тільки зможуть знайти формулу, як розділити Росію і особливо ті ресурси, які там є (там 40% всього), тоді все вирішиться. Мені здається, що ось тут іде складна експертна робота і немає формули. Якби Путіна могли замінити більш прийнятною фігурою, то давно це зробили б”. Потім Петро Черник впевнено заявив, що Путіна однозначно усунуть, бо інакше не може бути. А після цього додав, що Україна точно переможе у війні з Росією і вийде на кордони 1991 року, але ще не скоро. До того ж військовий експерт зазначив, що навесні наступного року цілком може закінчитися гаряча фаза цієї війни.

Helping Ukraine to win the war faster or to prevent the collapse of Russia
Vasyl Pehnyo of the “News Factory” (“NV” — “New Times”) interviewed the military analyst Colonel Petro Chernyk. Retelling the content of this conversation, Dialog.UA draws attention to what a military expert called a “stumbling block” that prevents the West from accelerating our victory: the collective West is torn between two important decisions.
Helping Ukraine win the war faster or preventing the collapse of Russia are two main problems that the West still cannot solve for itself, Petro Chernyk said. A military expert suggested that the process of providing arms to Ukraine will speed up when the ally develops a formula where we return the territories captured by the Russian army, but at the same time Russia does not disintegrate.
The West found itself in a difficult situation, when it is necessary to look for a solution capable of solving two tasks at once. Petro Chernyk expressed his thoughts on this topic: “It seems to me that the puzzle is how to win Ukraine in this war, and the victory must be without options, and in order not to collapse Russia. We have talked about it a thousand times. For them, the collapse of Russia seems unacceptable.”
The reserve colonel of the Armed Forces emphasized: “It seems to me that there is a stumbling block here. As soon as they can find a formula how to divide Russia and especially the resources that are there (40% of everything there), then everything will be solved. It seems to me that this is where complex expert work is going on and there is no formula. If Putin could be replaced by a more acceptable figure, it would have been done a long time ago.” Then Petro Chernyk confidently declared that Putin will be unequivocally removed, because it cannot be otherwise. And after that he added that Ukraine will definitely win the war with Russia and will enter the borders of 1991, but not soon. In addition, the military expert noted that the hot phase of this war may well end in the spring of next year.
