WE ARE FOR A JUST PEACE, BUT AGAINST ANY DEAL WITH PUTIN

The following Appeal supposed to be a Petition the White House on the Issues that Matter to All Ukrainians Worldwide and all those supporting Ukraine’s fighting against Russian agressive war on Ukraine. It appeared that petitioning the White House is not available at all. That’s why we decided to publish it as our standard Appeal and encourage people who want to add their signatures to use a contact form on this site or send us email or any other way you feel appropriate. Ukrainians Worldwide Movement is deeply concerned about the process initiated by US President Donald Trump to end Russia’s war on Ukraine.
We have learned that President Trump has called on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to accept Vladimir Putin’s terms on ending the war or be “destroyed” by Russia. At a meeting with Zelensky at the White House on October 17, 2025, President Trump repeatedly reiterated the theses that Putin had voiced in their telephone conversation the day before. The media also report that during the meeting between Trump and Zelensky, senior White House official Steve Witkoff pressured the Ukrainian delegation to hand over occupied Ukrainian territories to Russia.
It seems that President Trump and his subordinates absolutely do not understand the nature of Russia’s war on Ukraine, which consists in Putin’s desire to restore the Russian Empire, and is also a conscious and purposeful violation of international agreements on security and cooperation in Europe, signed in 1975 in Helsinki, as well as the Budapest Memorandum on guarantees of the security and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
Concerned about the current situation, Ukrainians Worldwide call on US President Trump and his like-minded people in the US government not to take Russia’s side in its war on Ukraine, but stand on the side of good, common sense and high morality and do everything possible to ensure that Russia, as a universally recognized aggressor, unilaterally ends this terrible war.
Ukrainians Worldwide Movement Organizing Committee is closely monitoring the events related to the large-scale war unleashed by Russia on Ukraine, as well as what is going on in Ukraine and with Ukraine beyond its borders. We highly appreciate the heroic efforts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which are courageously holding back the onslaught of the aggressor. A low bow and respect to you, heroes of Ukraine! We highly appreciate any assistance provided to Ukraine by the countries of Europe, America and other continents. Sincere thanks to you, friends and allies of Ukraine! We gratefully support all world leaders who understand the nature of Russia’s war on Ukraine and are doing everything possible to stop this war. Thank you very much!
At the same time, we are watching with concern those countries and their leaders who do not understand or do not want to understand the nature of Russia’s war on Ukraine and who consciously or unconsciously take the side of the aggressor or help him with obvious bene-fits for themselves. We are particularly concerned that US President Donald Trump has taken the initiative to end Russia’s war on Ukraine through a bilateral commercial deal with Russia and contrary to the world order established after World War II. He wants to act as a peacemaker in favor of Russia, persuading Ukraine to surrender its territories captured by the enemy to the invader, ignoring the fact that the territorial issue is the exclusive competence of the Ukrainian national referendum, and a common sense.
Ukrainians Worldwide Movement Organizing Committee’s position on Russia’s war on Ukraine, set out in the Appeal of March 12, 2022, supported by representatives of more than thirty countries around the world, remains unchanged. At the current stage of the war, when the question of its completion or termination has arisen, we can formulate our position as follows, taking into account the numerous promises of President Trump:
1. Give Putin 24 hours to completely cease hostilities.
2. Urge Putin to withdraw all his troops from the Ukraine’s territory within 30 days. Down to the last soldier.
3. Put Putin at the negotiating table with Ukraine with an agenda of compensation for the damages caused to Ukraine and the Ukrainian people during the years not only of the full-scale invasion, but also during all the years of Ukraine’s independence.
4. Prepare the ground for a war crimes tribunal and bring to justice all those who contributed to this war from Russia, Ukraine and other countries.
5. Begin to prepare world public opinion for the final collapse of the Russian Federation as an empire.
Such actions by the leaders of the free world will demonstrate the ability of these leaders to be people of principle, and to demonstrate to the free world their determination and ability to overcome evil that should have no place on Earth.
Provided these demands are successfully met, we will gladly support Donald Trump’s nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize.

МИ ЗА СПРАВЕДЛИВИЙ МИР, АЛЕ ПРОТИ БУДЬ-ЯКОЇ УГОДИ З ПУТІНИМ

Це звернення мало бути петицією до Білого дому з питань, що стосуються всіх українців світу та всіх, хто підтримує боротьбу України проти російської агресивної війни в Україні. Виявилося, що подання петиції до Білого дому взагалі недоступне. Саме тому ми вирішили опублікувати його як наше стандартне звернення та закликати людей, які хочуть додати свої підписи, використовувати контактну форму на цьому сайті або надіслати нам електронного листа чи будь-яким іншим способом, який ви вважаєте за доцільне. І ТАК! Будь ласка, поширюйте це звернення якомога більше. Дякуємо!

Рух Світового Українства глибоко стурбований процесом, ініційованим президентом США Дональдом Трампом для припинення війни Росії проти України.
Ми дізналися, що президент Трамп закликав президента України Володимира Зеленського прийняти умови Владіміра Путіна щодо припинення війни або бути «знищеним» Росією. На зустрічі із Зеленським у Білому домі 17 жовтня 2025 року президент Трамп неодноразово повторив тези, які Путін озвучив у їхній телефонній розмові напередодні. ЗМІ також повідомляють, що під час зустрічі Трампа та Зеленського високопосадовець Білого дому Стів Віткофф тиснув на українську делегацію, щоб вона передала окуповані українські території Росії.
Схоже, що президент Трамп та його підлеглі абсолютно не розуміють характеру війни Росії проти України, яка полягає у прагненні Путіна відновити Російську імперію, а також є свідомим та цілеспрямованим порушенням міжнародних угод про безпеку та співробітництво в Європі, підписаних 1975 року в Гельсінкі, а також Будапештського меморандуму про гарантії безпеки та територіальної цілісності України.
Стурбоване поточною ситуацією, Світове Українство закликає президента США Трампа та його однодумців в уряді США не ставати на бік Росії у війні проти України, а стояти на боці добра, здорового глузду та високої моралі й зробити все можливе, щоб Росія, як загальновизнаний агресор, в односторонньому порядку припинила цю жахливу війну.
Організаційний комітет Руху Світового Українства уважно стежить за подіями, пов’язаними з широкомасштабною війною, розв’язаною Росією проти України, а також за тим, що відбувається в Україні та з Україною за її межами. Ми високо цінуємо героїчні зусилля Збройних Сил України, які мужньо стримують натиск агресора. Низький уклін і шана вам, герої України! Ми високо цінуємо будь-яку допомогу, надану Україні країнами Європи, Америки та інших континентів. Щира подяка вам, друзі та союзники України! Ми з вдячністю підтримуємо всіх світових лідерів, які розуміють природу війни Росії проти України та роблять усе можливе, щоб зупинити цю війну. Щиро дякуємо!
Водночас ми з тривогою спостерігаємо за тими країнами та їхніми лідерами, які не розуміють або не хочуть розуміти природу війни Росії проти України та які свідомо чи несвідомо стають на бік агресора або допомагають йому з очевидною вигодою для себе. Ми особливо стурбовані тим, що президент США Дональд Трамп виявив ініціативу припинити війну Росії проти України шляхом двосторонньої комерційної угоди з Росією та всупереч світовому порядку, встановленому після Другої світової війни. Він хоче виступати миротворцем на користь Росії, переконуючи Україну здати захоплені ворогом території окупанту, ігноруючи той факт, що територіальне питання є виключною компетенцією українського всенародного референдуму та здоровим глуздом.
Позиція Організаційного комітету Руху Світового Українства щодо війни Росії проти України, викладена у Зверненні від 12 березня 2022 року, яке підтримали представники понад тридцяти країн світу, залишається незмінною. На поточному етапі війни, коли постало питання її завершення або припинення, ми можемо сформулювати свою позицію наступним чином, враховуючи численні обіцянки президента Трампа:
1. Дати Путіну 24 години для повного припинення бойових дій.
2. Закликати Путіна вивести всі свої війська з території України протягом 30 днів. До останнього солдата.
3. Посадити Путіна за стіл переговорів з Україною з порядком денним компенсації за збитки, завдані Україні та українському народу за роки не лише повномасштабного вторгнення, але й за всі роки незалежності України.
4. Підготувати ґрунт для трибуналу з питань воєнних злочинів та притягнути до відповідальності всіх тих, хто сприяв цій війні з Росії, України та інших країн.
5. Почати готувати світову громадську думку до остаточного розпаду Російської Федерації як імперії.
Такі дії лідерів вільного світу продемонструють здатність цих лідерів бути людьми принципів та демонструвати вільному світу свою рішучість і здатність подолати зло, якому не повинно бути місця на Землі.
За умови успішного виконання цих вимог ми охоче підтримаємо висунення кандидатури Дональда Трампа на Нобелівську премію миру.
